Excellent communication with company and driver from the start of the booking process which was easy to navigate. Our driver, Bilal was flexible in accommodating our requests/changes etc suggesting options which suited us and providing us with general information about the places we visited - we felt a guide was unnecessary. The tour was the perfect way to see numerous sites which would have been difficult to get to if trying to organise it yourself via public transport.

Our driver Haider was fabulous. He’s came early to pick us up and ensure we were comfortable at every stop. He wasn’t just a driver, but knowledgeable where he was taking us to Mt Fuji. We enjoyed spending time with him and his professionalism with our family! Btw he takes amazing photos as well! Wish we could hire him throughout our time in Tokyo! The day was well organized and Tajamal gave us great hints and tips. He was really mindful and a great guide. We had the opportunity to see the Mount Fuji from the lake kawaguchiko and saiko. Moreover we had a stunning view from the top of the arakurayama sengen shrine. At oshino hakkai and iyashi no sato we learned more of the history and culture.
