      It was a little hard to find where to retrieve it. Head towards the subway and turn right before you get to the subway entry and go down that hallway. The actual pocket wifi itself was fast, wonderful and very reliable! It worked great throughout my trip and worked in multiple different locations throughout Japan. It made my trip much easier.

      WiFi for your pocket, works simply and easily. However, the information on collection and delivery would have to be communicated more clearly, since some of the specified counters were not open even though it said it would be open online. The information at the airports could help in the end, but that could be easier.

      It is highly recommended to have a Wifi during your travel in Japan. You can use your Google Maps for directions and you might need to use your Viber, Facebook messenger, etc. It was a big help to us, especially to locate area of interest and many things.
