I had such a great time with Hatsuko and Nobu at ABC cooking class. Looking around the traditional Japanese market with Nobu before class was really cool experience and i was happy being able to get some ingredients there. Making sushi with Hatsuko also was so great time and i was so happy to learn about how to make sushi and miso soup. Definitely highly recommended for everyone who wants to get some authentic Japanese cooking styles

Amazing way to explore an old fish market within Tokyo. Naomi is an amazing guide who taught us so much about Japan itself, as well as numerous types of foods and treats within Japanese cuisine. Then we were treated to sushi making with Miwa! Beautiful food and traditional ways of making it. And I learned my new favourite saying ... “oishi!!!” *delicious Thanks so so much from Georgina and Seamus.

Naomi was an excellent tour guide who clearly loves the Tokyo area and culture. In the fish market she showed us many shops and talked about the things they sold. After that we went to a more commercial part of town for the cooking class. Our instructor, Hitomi, was similarly knowledgeable and enthusiastic. The food was amazing, I was inspired to buy a tamago pan so I can start making it at home! I cannot recommend this tour highly enough. If you have any interest in sushi or the fishing industry you owe it to yourself to take this tour.
