Our guide Mari was great. She was very knowledgeable and we learned a lot from her about Tokyo and Japan. She was warm snd friendly and made us feel very welcome, She took us to a number of interesting sites and a treat sushi restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our day with her. Get Your Guide was very helpful to us in securing her during very busy times. We were well taken care of on out first time in Tokyo. .

Our guide arrived on time, was courteous, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He planned a trip with us that included our priorities and wishes. He took care to try to avoid crowds and use transport that suited us, especially as one of our party was a slow walker. As he left he suggested other activities for us to enjoy the next day, and sent us the appropriate directions. He was an excellent guide.

My teenage daughter and I enjoyed a wonderful and memorable day in Tokyo with our delightful guide, Kris. Kris prepared a thoughtful itinerary in advance catering to our interests. Kris was very knowledgable about the various places visited, enabling a much richer experience than we could have achieved on our own. I also appreciated the great convenience of sightseeing with a guide. With Kris expertly navigating the train system on our behalf, no precious time was wasted in confusion. At all times, we felt very thoughtfully taken care of (for example, if we wished to purchase something, Kris offered to wait in line while we continued to look around). When I mentioned that we planned to visit the Sky Tree after our tour, Kris accompanied us to the entrance and gave us detailed instructions on how to get back to our hotel, including which train platform to use for the express train. I would definitely use this service again.
