This was a wonderful day out and trip to Niagara for our party of three. Our driver, host and guide, James (from Sri Lanka), was magnificent; knowledgeable, kind and witty throughout. He responded flexibility to a huge traffic jam en route to the Falls and ensured we still had time to enjoy the Falls and time in Niagara on the Lake. James had suggestions for coffees, how to use time at the falls most effectively and for lunch in Niagara on the Lake. James was also a font of interesting facts about places, people and history of the region along the way. This was a five-star experience with a five-star guide. We have friends planning to visit Toronto next year and we will recommend this trip to them (and to those reading this commentary) without hesitation. Our thanks to you all.

Varol was a great guide and ensured that we maximised our time at Niagara and Niagara on the lakes. He was a wealth on information. Great day out we would definitely recommend this. Notre chauffeur, Sasi, était très sympathique et serviable . Il est venu nous chercher à notre hôtel et nous a conduit aux chutes du Niagara, en nous expliquant plein de choses interessantes tout au long du trajet . La voiture était très confortable; nous avons dit au chauffeur où nous voulions nous arrêter ou pas. Il était à notre entière disposition : c’était très agréable de ne pas devoir se stresser pour les directions à suivre ou trouver des places de stationnement. En revanche, ce qui doit être vraiment précisé plus clairement est que cette activité ne concerne QUE le transport. Nous nous sommes retrouvés aux chutes du Niagara et avons dû acheter en plus les billets pour aller sur le bateau (nota : ce qui vaut la peine !) alors que nous pensions en lisant le descriptif de l’offre que cela était compris dans le prix.
