Easy booking, easy to solve, even our 6 year old was able to join in. A great family experience where you can take your time so you can really see the city and not just solve the next puzzle. We'll definitely do it again in the next town

This is an excellent itinerary. The visit to the medieval village was interesting. The sunset scene was enchanting especially when viewed from the Chianti Hills. The dinner was good, with wine tasting. Overall a very pleasant trip.

I had to exchange the tickets at the counter in the Palazzo Pubblico with my QR code, but this worked quickly and easily. No matter where you went, all the staff spoke English, were helpful and extremely accommodating!

A great experience, the highlight of our trip to Florence. Jacob was fantastic as were the hosts at the wine tasting.

Do not hesitate to take the OPA option which allows a complete visit.
