The bus routes were very good. On the other hand, we were disappointed by the ticket also purchased for the cinema museum. Indeed in the price of the museum was not included access to the panoramic elevator and it was a great disappointment because I thought that the ticket included access to the elevator. You should specify that the museum entrance ticket does not include access to the elevator. Since there were a lot of people, I couldn't buy a ticket for the elevator on the spot.

We were in Turin from 16 to 18 July 2021, I had purchased tickets for the Mole Antonelliana on the internet which in theory should also include the use of the bus within the city for a whole day, the cinema museum which is inside the Mole and the ascent by elevator to the panoramic terrace of the Mola. We were able to take the bus (red line) first you have to collect the ticket and when we went to the Mola Antonelliana we discovered the catch! The ticket purchased did not include the priority lift ride to the panoramic terrace! But only the entrance to the Cinema Museums, we would have had to buy an additional ticket to use the lift, without considering the queue to have to do. The gentleman at the entrance to the Mole told us that it has happened other times, that the convention for this ticket was no longer present! What a disappointment and what a rip off!
