Liberata was terrific. Super patient, both with my beginner Italian and my pasta making skills. I had a wonderful time in an authentic Italian kitchen and made a new friend. My pasta was delicious thanks to her skill. Also, I learned about the different types of “farina” and herbs which we picked from her garden on the terrace. With a glass of vino, we enjoyed our meal and talked about home life. Liberata showed me how to do Tiramisu as well as a bonus lesson in biscotti with lavender. All in all it was a perfect day and I would recommend this highly.

This was a great way to spend time with a local person and their family! We learned to cook a recipe but, more importantly, our host opened her house and her family to us, we chatted about everything under the sun and we had a great evening! Highly recommended! Thank you!

Laura and her family were all wonderful, very kind and patient with me. I enjoyed learning how to make ravioli and tiramisu for the first time, followed by great conversation with the family around the table. Thank you!
