Full description
Leaving Ushuaia, travel along National Route 3, northeast towards the mountain peaks of Mounts Olivia and Cinco Hermanos. Through the journey along Carabajal Valley, see “circus” glaciers, suspended valleys, and peats. Your next stop will be the Valle de Lobos Winter Center, a breeding center for dog sleds, Syberian Huskies, and Alaskan Huskies.   Continue your trip to find peat valleys, small glaciers, cross-country skiing centers, the alpine skiing center of Beaver Mountain, cascades and natural habitats that have been modified by the beavers. Make your way up to the Garibaldi Crossing through the winding road, surrounded by forests full of Lengas and Ñires. Take some time to enjoy the panoramic views of Lakes Escondido, Fagnano, and their surroundings from Garibaldi’s Viewpoint. On the way to Lake Fagnano, see the Bronzovich Sawmill, Entre Rios Rural School, and Kaiken Lodging House at the headwaters of the lake. After this last stop, begin your journey back towards the Winter Centers, where you can stop for lunch and even try typical Fuegian lamb. After, return to your hotel in Ushuaia.

It was nice, but they never clarified that by that time we went (September), they did not enter Fagnano Lake, which we could only appreciate from afar. Where I think the rate should go down if something descriptive is not done. The other very nice you learn several things. And very organized when going and looking for you.

The guides were constantly looking to sell other services and products. And we were practically forced to buy an expensive lunch.

The tour is mainly sitting in the bus due to distance from Buenos Aires to the Lakes. The huskies experience is poor in the sense of just walking through their shelter, but there wasn't much discussion about them. The lakes looks good, but is not much to do around them other than taking pictures.. The lamb asado (grill) we had for lunch was very good. Also, the Irish coffee they served us at the end helped a lot to get the communication flowing. :) Overall it was a good day, but a bit too static for my personal test.
