Full description
After morning pickup at your hotel in Ushuaia, head straight out of town towards your off-road destinations. Your first stop will be at a panoramic point above the Carbajal Valley, formed 20,000 years ago by a glacier. Continue through the mountain roads until you reach the Paso Garibaldi, with its dramatic Andes views fit for a post card.  Shortly thereafter, you’ll begin your trek down roads accessible only by 4X4 vehicles. Weave through the Fuegian Forest in all its winter glory before arriving at Escondido Lake, its vast waters just beneath the rolling foothills of the Andes. Stop for an Argentine mate, a caffeine-rich herbal tea, and enjoy the views before continuing onward to Fagnano Lake, where you will see the Magallanes Fault Line. Continuing onwards across the untamed roads, you’ll head to a replica of the first hut built on Ushuaia Blanca for an Asado lunch spread of Argentine picada, or a selection of local cured meats and cheeses, grilled meats and vegetables, and local wines and soft drinks. After warm conversation accompanying your meal, you’ll head back to Ushuaia.

The tour was great. Every now and then I found a pity that you always had a bit of time on your neck. Hardly have you just enjoyed nature somewhere for 5 minutes, it went on. That being said, I liked it a lot and had a lot of fun! However, you should be prepared for the fact that it is really off road and that your stomach could get a little weak.

It's an incredible experience, you see different places and landscapes. Access is via a road that can only be accessed by 4x4 car. The feeling is that the car will not be able to pass, but it crosses holes, unevenness, tree trunks and even part of the lagoon.
