It was a great day with many impressions. The tour guide himself was Maya and was able to explain a lot to us about the culture, history and language. Uxmal is beautiful and should definitely be at the top of your Mexico itinerary.
This tour is just perfect if you want to cover the most important sites around Mérida. Especially less crowded Uzmal was spectecular. Our tour guide Israel had a lot of interesting stories to tell. It was fantastic!
Entrance to Uxmal is a bit expensive (~ 20 €) but the site is magnificent! Our guide Israel was excellent and showed us the beautiful Merida cemetery as we left town.
