The card is active when using public transport for the first time or in any of the 42 readers distributed in the city. If this is not possible, the card could be validated at any point of use by writing down the expiration date of the card with an ink pen. Identity cards or passports must be shown for children in order to give them the City Card.

We chose this for our last night in Valencia and it didn't disappoint. We got a beautiful sunset and it was a really pleasant sail. Managed to get right at the front on the Catamaran.
