Amazing value - the walking part of the tour is OK but it’s the food and drink that stand out. Several small plates were served in the courtyard, all excellent and involving fresh Valencia produce, then we moved indoors to a long table in a very stylish combination of 21st century wood and 12th century stone walls. This encouraged conversation between the different small groups (12 of us in total) and we were then served the larger plates - stand out were the chorizo Welsh Rarebit, squid ink rice and sweet peppers and garlic on light toast. In all 11 courses (including superb olives and nuts) and tasters of several Valencia reds and whites - seemingly a bottle per head judging by the empties. All excellent, led by charming and friendly Belen, and brilliant for £50 (€65 according to the Irish contingent in the tour). Do it.

This is an excellent tour! Valerie's passion for the area and her love of wine make for an unforgettable day. We were greeted like friends at both vineyards and the owners made us feel right at home. The traditional lunch was delicious. Thank you for a great introduction to the wines of the region!

This was an excellent tour! Belén was delightful and very knowledgeable adding lots of fun facts and legends, making it more interesting. The tapas and wines rounded the event off perfectly!

Friendly, fun and interesting. A great way to experience the amazing market and taste the true flavours of Spain. Carlos is a great host.
