What people are saying about Valladolid, Mexico
We are so glad we continued looking for a guide that would take us on an evening visit to Chichen Itza! Axel was amazing, flexible when the weather wasn't perfect, and knowledgeable about the culture and history of the region. Highly recommend Jaguar Journey and will definitely book another adventure with them when we visit the region again.
I recommend the tour. Very good guides! Keep in mind that you have to pay 31usd and in the cenote you have to pay 3usd for a life jacket (mandatory) and 3usd for a locker. In addition, the visit to Valladolid is short 30 minutes, I feel that to improve the tour 100% it would be to leave earlier and 30 minutes more in Valladolid.
Very enjoyable trip as long as you come prepared. Bring snacks because “lunch” is around 3:00.. The cenote was beautiful and refreshing after the 2 plus hour tour at Chichén Itzá. The guides were amazing and very informative with extensive cultural knowledge. We might come back again with our teenagers next time.
My girlfriend and I had a lot of fun. Our guide Edmundo provided us with a lot of information about the Mayas. There is not much to say about the cenote except wow! It's a shame that you only had a short stay in Valladolid, but all in all it was a great experience.
Very beautiful destination. Helpful and kind guid. Tasty food.
