Full description
The airport express bus provides a non-stop service to central Venice and in just 20 minutes you’ll be dropped off at Piazzale Roma. This is the quickest and cheapest way to reach Venice from the airport, without sacrificing comfort. From Piazzale Roma you can continue to your final destination on foot, or by water-bus or water-taxi. If you will eventually be heading back to the Marco Polo Airport you can purchase a round-trip ticket, saving money and time. Buses from Piazzale Roma depart from the same place you were dropped off, at the ATVO bus platforms in the middle of the square. Dedicated staff are at your disposal to provide assistance and information.

Just outside the door. Prepaid ticket was so easy. Validate at the bus stop with a simple scan. Waited about 5 minutes for the bus and we were off. drops at station which is by the Calton Hotel on grand canal for map purposes. just a 2 min walk. ( which is where we stayed) so we were lucky. if you are staying the other side near St Marks Square. You will now be needing to find a vaporetto ( water bus) as a walk from bus station to here is about 40 minutes)

Upon arrival it was easy to find the bus stop and register our tickets. The whole process was very straight forwarded and had direct transfer to Venice City Centre. Would recommend as n efficient and low cost was to get tot he city centre from the airport.

Very straightforward, easy to find meeting place at the airport and at Piazzale Rome. Comfortable coaches and quick transfer. Having the online ticket meant we didn't have to find where to buy tickets, just went straight to bus stop, used the QR code on the online ticket to validate it at the machine by the coach and got in. Time saving. Piazzale Rome is on the outskirts of Venice, depending on where you are staying you can walk or take a vaporetto. We walked on arrival, 15min. On the way back we took the vaporetto as we were more aware of how it worked.
