Very straightforward, easy to find meeting place at the airport and at Piazzale Rome. Comfortable coaches and quick transfer. Having the online ticket meant we didn't have to find where to buy tickets, just went straight to bus stop, used the QR code on the online ticket to validate it at the machine by the coach and got in. Time saving. Piazzale Rome is on the outskirts of Venice, depending on where you are staying you can walk or take a vaporetto. We walked on arrival, 15min. On the way back we took the vaporetto as we were more aware of how it worked.

We couldn't have been happier with the service. It was myself and my husband first time booking a holiday without it being a package deal so we needed to arrange the transfers ourselves which we were really anxious about. When arriving at Marco Polo airport it could not have been easier and more straight forward. We caught the ATVO express bus which was white with black writing which went direct into Venice. The bus goes every 20 minutes. The bus drivers were so helpful and got straight off the bus to help confused passengers and loaded their cases on under the bus and gave advice. The bus stopped right in the centre and was about a 5 minute walk to our hotel which was perfect. On the way back was the same. Great service will definitely use again and was £32 euros for a round trip for 2 of us!

Easy booking process, provided information is good enough, although if not a ticket seller we would probably get on the wrong bus. There are two companies that run busses to the airport from the same place. The bus is very clean and comfortable. In the early morning it took us less than 10 minutes to get to the airport.
