Meeting point was easy to find and the boat was very comfortable. Our guide Alex was excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. Rain was forecast for later that day so we bought ponchos before boarding the boat and were grateful for them as by the time we got to Burano it was raining heavily but it didn't detract from the trip. Glassblowing demonstration in Murano was about 15 minutes (long enough) and fascinating and both islands were beautiful, particularly Burano where we had about 1.5 hours to explore and then relax with a drink before boarding the boat back. Great tour and good value for money.

Our Guide Alex (Alessandro?) was wonderful! He provided excellent information that helped us understand about Venetian lagoon and islands and way of life. He was also very compassionate and waited for a person who was late to make sure she was able to return back to where we started. The glass blowing demonstration was very informative on Murano and the colorful village on Burano was fun to wander. My wife and I recommend this tour. We felt it was particularly good value since it was a guided tour and many of the Murano/Burano tours in this price range are not.
