Followed instructions exactly as they were given to us and we were picked up after a short wait. After a fun ride thru the canals we were dropped off at a location that was just a short walk (less than 5 min) from our hotel. Very happy with this service.

Great experience. We followed the directions upon arriving at the train station. We went to the Counter and waited for a few minutes. Then, the man took us to the the dock where our taxi was. There was no confusion whatsoever where to go. He was very helpful. Ride was awesome, since this was our first time in Venice. We were the only ones in the taxi and the driver dropped as off at the pier closest to our hotel. We will use this service again.

On arrival at the train station we found the desk easily to check in. Unfortunately they told us the taxi was not there and when contacting the provider they had no information when the taxi would arrive. She said she would call again if she didn’t hear from them soon but had no other information. We had prepaid so we waited a while to see what would happen. After about 30 minutes we asked again and the attendant said they were working on it. About 10 minutes later she reports a taxi was waiting. Once the taxi was available, it was easy to find them at the dock and our shared transfer ending up being just us. It was a great, smooth boat ride down the Grand Canal to our location.
