Excellent service . When our train arrived a very nice lady ,Eleonora , was waiting for us at the train platform and quickly guided us outside to meet our private boat . A few minutes later our boat arrived and we’re on our way through the Grand Canal at a nice pace . She offered to take some photos of us on the boat and gave us some good info about the area . Once docked , just after the Rialto Bridge , she helped with my wife’s luggage and escorted us straight to our hotel’s front desk . All in all a great way to start our Venice adventure .

They were exactly as promised. Young lady waiting on the platform with a sign with our name. She was pleasant and helpful. Walked us right to our waiting taxi. Took pictures of us in the boat on the way to our hotel and pointed out sights and things along the way. Walked us into our hotel and introduced us to the gentleman at the desk. Very pleased!

We were taken to a dock over a block away from the hotel instead of directly to the dock at the hotel, though our booking was supposed to drop us off at the hotel. There were 9 of us traveling together that had to drag our luggage in the rain through narrow alleys to the hotel. We were in two groups & the first group was not given instructions on how to get to the hotel. The company should have known that the hotel had its own dock. Our guide was lovely but it was disappointing that our expectations were not met in terms of the travel arrangements.
