Driver was on time, helpful and kind. Since it is a shared ride waiting for other passengers can be a bit concerning. Passengers need to be able to have enough strength to get on and off boat. Communication with provider was somewhat challenging. All in all a positive experience.

Everything ok ,little delay on arrival at Airport ( Marco Polo) waiting for other passengers then a staff member also only given verbal instructions to get to boat .all other people did not speak English so I was given a slip of aper and had to lead them ,quite confusing ,only a minor point ,otherwise transfers fine

We booked this on line as whilst it's a dearer way to travel, it's much more convenient than the public travel. There was nowhere to state our flight number although we were contacted shortly after booking to ask us about that. We were not contacted about pick up arrangements until very late and we were panicking. We spoke to others who shared the same concern. However in the end it all went well and I would highly recommend. Please please sort this issue out so that we don't need to stress!
