Natalie was fantastic! We tried 5 different cheeses with 3 pairings (the honey is delicious!). She was great at explaining the reasons for the pairing, the qualities of the cheeses, DOP etc.. she was also very happy to take us through the wines - we really enjoyed the Valpolicella Ripossa. Overall, excellent and well worth booking!

This was a boutique experience, Nathalie was wonderful, and there were just the two of us, it was a very personal experience. The fare was outstanding, the cheeses and the accompanying relishes and home made bread, superb. Getting to know Italy isn’t all about museums, experiences like this is about history to be sure, but about real Italian life.

Our guide was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the products’ history and origin. She gave us a lot of information about how a tasting should go and what to pay attention to. The cheese itself was delicious, and we got to taste some wine and balsamic vinegar as well. Would definitely come again for different tastings. The stores are very authentic.
