Service was as advertised but I do wish it went past 5pm … saying something is good for 24-hours sort of implies being able to use over the course of a full day. I liked that the route picked up right at the train station. Best if used earlier in day.

Tour is nice, you get a nice impression of the city. Timetable is not adhered to. Delay of 20 minutes already in the 2nd round of the day, or once we waited over an hour for the last bus, which then no longer came. The wait is annoying and disappointing.

Great service and easy to use

On a recent holiday, we ended up at Verona rail station, looking for a hop-on hop-off bus tour. The bus stop is right outside the station. I used my smartphone to scan the QR code and within bout 5 minutes we had booked 5 tickets, ready for the next bus to arrive. The driver and receptionist on the bus were very friendly and helpful, and the whole experience was comfortable and informative. If an oldie like myself can do this, anybody can. It's a great service!
