I didn't actually end up sailing with Five Star. I had booked with them but I was the only one. They had to cancel my trip. However, they called around to the other tour companies and found me a boat to get on, on the same day I had booked for. They took care of everything for me. Transferred all my info and payment to the other company! All I had to do was show up on time at the other company! I was so impressed with the level of service that Five Star will always be the company I book with 1st in the future. Well done guys! Not many companies will go above and beyond like you guys did. Thank you!!

What amazing experience!!! The guides Alexa and Andrew were amazing. You can tell that they love their job. Alexa was the best guide I've ever met . She helped us find the offices when we were lost. And she even helped us find our way there from Vancouver. We got to see some whales and even some sea lions. The tour also provides some really cozy life jackets and if you get cold easily you can sit in the cabin where you'll also have a nice view. I would definitely recommend this tour!

It was an amazing experience - the guides were extremely knowledgeable about orcas & the eco system - we had such a great time although it was a tad cold so I would encourage everyone to dress for the weather! Thanks again to the crew for making our experience so memorable

It was great, the staff is very useful, friendly and knowledgable, telling us loads as we went along. We saw grey and killer whales as well as sea lions. The boat ride was also fun! I would 100% recommend it.

Great experience, guides were very knowledgable and accommodating. They also checked on the safety and well-being of passengers regularly. Got to see some Orcas, definitely recommend and sea lions.
