We booked the sightseeing tour in advance and that was the confirmation and the voucher on the smartphone. At the Vienna State Opera stop there was a girl who didn't know her way around and wanted to explain to us that the booking was not valid. We then went to another male employee. He was very knowledgeable and everything was fine. We originally wanted to take the red route, but he recommended the blue route to us because it is almost identical to the red route in the center, but there is another route that also crosses the Danube.

Bus routes are fine and beautiful to see. Unfortunately it was always full, especially on the green route. Hop on, hop off is a nice concept because you decide which sights you want to see more closely. The connections are also usually every half hour or more often, so you can easily adjust your schedule to it. All in all a nice experience.

All in all, highly recommended. The included guided tour through the center (just under 60 minutes) is very nice, even if it was carried out in a hurry. There is a star deduction for the lack of communication from the bus drivers, who did not inform about changes to the route.
