Wolfgang was a fabulous guide. He has a vast amount of fascinating stories, a sense of humor and led our group skillfully and safely through the streets of Vienna. I give him more than five stars and recommend him to anyone who is looking for an exceptional and seasoned guide. I lead walking tours in San Francisco for San Francisco City Guides and it was a pleasure to be with a real professional like Wolfgang.

Herr Wolfgang Augusten was marvelous. He was extremely well read , he described Vienna with a passion ,In fact he carried chocolates with him & rewarded us with those , when any one of us could answer his questions . His English was perfect . He astounded me with his command over art , history & architecture of Vienna . May be next time I will find him out again , if i get a chance to visit Vienna .

We were lucky with sunny weather and had only one other family participating in the tour. This created a friendly and personal atmosphere, where we could ask questions freely and discuss within the group. Our guide clearly had vast knowledge about his city and it's history. Some hidden areas presented during the tour were as interesting as the typical hotspots. Would certainly do it again!
