    Hard Rock Cafe is a must on all of our city trips. As always, it was a great menu with good value for money. The staff in Vienna were particularly attentive and friendly. We got our table without waiting. However, this was the first time that we were made aware that refill of soft drinks is included (when we wanted to pay another one). It would be nice if it would be on the voucher you paid for. There is a soft drink or coffee (nothing from free refill)

    There is nothing to complain about... the food was very good and the service and the entire staff was more than you would expect. Unfortunately, a hair crept into my food, we then complained and of course got exchanged immediately. In the end we didn't have to pay for what we ordered extra. Would go again anytime.

    So good we did it twice

    The shop and the restaurant entrance are next to each other, we presented out tickets there was no que to skip as it was about 1.30 and not too busy, the waiter was very friendly and showed us to our seats with a brief guided tour of the memorabilia on the walls. We had the gold menu with soft drinks main and desert, food was nice but only one choice of desert, chocolate brownie all very well presented, our waiter Andrew was lovely and attentive. We dined down stairs as upstairs was not open only for taking photos, however when we returned on the Saturday the upstairs restaurant was open.
