When we ( two people ) arrived on board we were shown to a table for four we said that we were not happy about this given the situation of COVID and we’re told that cruise was quite full and there wasn’t anything they could do, the other couple didn’t turn up so it worked out alright sadly there isn’t much to see along the canal leading to the Danube but the food was good and the drinks were reasonably priced. This was booked to do something different for a special occasion and it was worth it.

The dinner cruise was good although, our voucher said to exchange it for a ticket but office was already closed so we exchanged them directly at the entrance to the boat. The boarding time was delayed by at least 50 min and it took forever to get seated. The food and service was great though. I wish they had a narrative about what we were seeing. There was nothing, no music no narrative. Overall experience was OK. Would I do it again, probably not but.

I'm happy with the activity. The cruise in Vienna is not the same as cruises in Berlin, Paris or Amsterdam. You should not expect to sightsee old town while on board. And the river once you get there is huge. Half of the time is waiting at the sluices, nevertheless, it is quite interesting experience. The food is average. Grilled pike was very good when the beef was kind of disappointment. We did not like desserts at all either. There is a big variety of drinks on board. Overall it was good activity. I would definitely recommend it. And if you expect good food, go to the restaurant, not the ship :)
