        The trip was very well organised, though we only found out at the last minute that we had to sign in with the sticker lady and get a sticker: our printed ticket was not enough and the sticker was needed inside the palace. The guide was very knowledgeable and fluent in English. Definitely worth skipping the line as the queues are enormous. The palace is incredible! We should have been bolder and made our own way back, to allow more time in the amazing gardens. If we had known hope how easy and cheap it is to use the underground trains (the U) we would have got back that way. Good tour, but heavy time pressure and struggling slightly to sort out the sticker situation took the edge off it, so not a 5*.

          The guide was fantastic!

          This tour is not to miss in Vienna. The guide was highly knowledgeable and witty when explaining the history. The best thing was that we went to a wrong meeting point and missed the trip on the first day. The staff from Get Your Guide was highly helpful to reschedule our ticket to the next day!
