Full description

Explore the historic city of Vienna on a thoroughly futuristic mode of transport. This 3-hour Segway tour will introduce you to the imperial city on a modern Segway. Following a 20- to 30-minute training period, ride off along the Opernring to the imperial Hofburg Palace, home to the Hapsburg Dynasty of the Austro-Hungarian Empire.

Glide past the Parliament buildings and continue through the city center, passing highlights such as St. Stephen’s Cathedral and Vienna City Hall. Get up close and personal with Vienna as you glide along imperial streets and hidden alleys. Turn heads as you breeze by Vienna’s ornate architecture and lively streets. That was so much fun. At a rapid pace through the city and so many wonderful impressions of the historic buildings of Vienna with lots of background information from the guide Max I agree: it makes sense to book this tour at the beginning of a trip in order to visit the sights in more detail afterwards have impressed.

If you come to Vienna, you should definitely book a city tour at the beginning of your trip. Travel guides are certainly an initial aid to orientation, but they cannot replace the experience of a city guide. In particular, if you have questions or want to find out about the wealth of special features of the city of Vienna, professional guidance is required. And if the whole thing takes place with a Segway, you get a cornucopia of information that you can intensify over the course of your stay. Especially since the guide can also contact you after the tour to get more information. If you are a bit skilled, a tour with the Segway is highly recommended. And when Horst is also the guide, you win. If we come to Vienna again, we will book a Segway tour here again. It's always worth the money.

The best way to get up close and see Vienna’s fabulous sights!

Lisa Marie was a great guide and made it a very relaxed and enjoyable tour. Vienna has some fantastic attractions and we zipped around for 3 hours getting close, being taught about Vienna’s history and even stepping down to go inside Stephens Cathedral and see Johann Strauss Junior statue in City Park. For those who have never done a city tour on a Segway don’t be afraid it’s such fun and so easy to learn.
