What people are saying about Vila Real District, Portugal
More than we expected! All itinerary was covered. Guide Paolo and driver were very friendly and professional! Guide explained and answered all questions during the whole journey. First winery (family business) was well explained in detail by the English tour guide. Lunch was served in a newly renovated restaurant. Food was top notch, including soup, main course, desert and free flowing wine and water. Second winery (Croft) had breathtaking views. We tasted 5 different types of wines/ports in total (2+3). Boat tour was relaxing although it was raining through out the tour. We highly recommend this tour! A day well spent, and amount paid was definitely worth it!
Great tour, beautiful views, A really great way to spend a day! Our guide Milena was great for the Douro valley area and the trip, as well as a great sense of humor. The lunch was great. Definitely great trip to experience Porto.
Great value for money. Excellent activities. Knowledgeable guide.
