Start with pickup from your hotel in Tbilisi at 10:00 AM. After meeting with your guide walk to the wine bar Vino Underground, which is one of the best places in Tbilisi to taste different kinds of traditional organic wine and chacha, a Georgian spirit drink. Throughout this experience, your guide will tell you about Georgian history and culture and also some interesting facts about Georgian wine and cuisine.  Venture towards the Sololaki district, which is one of the most beautiful places in Tbilisi, notable for its amazing architecture. See an abundance of wine, chacha, and souvenir shops. Your guide will recommend the best options for the fairest prices. Visit the wine cellar, where you will experience master classes making traditional Georgian dishes such as Khachapuri, Khinkali or Mtsvadi. Sample some wine and Chacha and enjoy a lunch comprised of classic Georgian dishes. Finally, return to your hotel by private transport.

2. Tbilisi: Mtskheta Region Wine Tour

Following breakfast, your guide will meet you at the reception of your hotel, at which point you will go to Mtskheta, the old capital of Georgia. Whilst there you will visit the Djvari Monastery (4th-6th century), and the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (11th century), which is recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. Later on, you will continue your wine tour with a wine tasting at Chateau Mukhrani, founded in 1878 by the Prince of Mukhrani, the heir of the royal family of Georgia. You will then visit Ivan Mukhranbatoni’s palace, which has a forest, park, and stable, where you will look at the vineyards and visit the ultra-modern winery. After, we will be visiting Guramishvili's Marani. You can find here the oldest item of the Georgian cultural heritage – Thadeoz Guramishvili’s wine cellar, as for Georgian “Marani”. Visitors are also able to get introduced to the Georgian culture and taste some delicious Georgian wines. This sight of Guramishvilis and St. Ilia the Righteous is one of the most essential and magnificent touristic attractions in Georgia. Return to Tbilisi, the tour is finished.
