Love Stroopwafels. Enjoyed learning to make and eat Stroopwafels. Great hands on experience for the kids. Kendra provided great customer service. We could tell that she loved her job and meeting people. The store is very interesting with a small museum upstairs and a continuous running video in the showroom about the stroopwafels. They also had samples - yum!! Volendam is a cute, unique town. Glad we did this experience. Of note, the time on the experience was 15 minutes off from the posted time on "Get Your Guide.' However, Kendra was very accommodating, noting that the time change had not been updated by the 'Get Your Guide' company yet.

Well worth a visit. Very friendly and helpful staff. The only thing i was upset about was that when we got there we were informed that Your our Guide hadn't updated there time as we were having to wait an 1 hour and quarter longer.

We had an excellent experience! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming! We got to enjoy making our clogs and then painting clogs out in there open grass area with sheep. We are definitely recommending them to others.

Very friendly and flexible. Although we were too late to the tour, we could join the next one without any problem. The explanations were good and questions were answered. And the offered tastings were delicious.

Very nice experience, only that you can not state your age when making your reservation and that you pay 4.25 less for children at the bakery itself. Saves 8.50 very unfortunate
