Our driver - Andrew and our guide - Magda were fabulous. Very courteous, gracious, knowledgeable and kind. The salt mine tour and tour of Krakow are interesting and enjoyable. The details of our trip were confusing. Pick up times changed 3x and the pick-up place changed 2x. Our itinerary also stated that we had a ride from the train to our apartment and when I called, I was told there would be no driver. So the arrangement details were not reliable

My favorite experience in Poland

This was a great chance to get away from the city to see one of the last primeival forests. I loved the stop to see the animals, and the hike through the forest was zen and beautiful. We especially enjoyed our guide, he was friendly, fun, and we learned a lot. We actually took this tour in January and it was still wonderful. Lunch was also really good, we had our choice from the menu. The driver on this trip was also excellent
