The booking was quick and easy, but the only issue I had was that the tour guide was late arriving and I wasn’t informed. I contacted the WhatsApp help desk and was asked to collect a ticket at the online ticket collector counter and join an individual tourist group that was just entering. Other than that, the tour was great.

The tour itself was 5 star but the organisation was poor. Booked for 10:45 then. The night before we are told to arrive at 11:00 for our 11:10 tour. At 11:05 we are told our tour guide is running late. A guy randomly turns up with a ticket, which was purchased at 11:11 and tells us to join another queue for a tour at 11:30. Tour was really good (operated by salt mines) Magda was really informative. As everything was late we had to get a taxi back to krakow as it was our last day and had to catch a flight.
