This is just the start of the amazing New Zealand scenery on offer, with several other waterfalls & spectacular forests on display along the 1.5 hour trip down the river. There is even an opportunity to stop and have a shower under a beautiful veil waterfall. Most free walking tours last about two and a half hours and usually include a break along the way. However, if this seems a bit too much, you can certainly find city tours that focus on specific points of interest, neighborhoods and history. Alternatively, you could follow your own two feet to the sites that interest you.

Very interesting and explained very clearly. The walk through the crypts and looking at the corpses and the thousands of bones was extraordinary and I did not expect it, therefore 5 stars. Was great.
I would recommend this to anyone really. The history is very interesting and the building is impressive. Our guide explained many different things about all aspects of the Spanish Riding School.
This tour was so interesting and informative, Dieter was a wealth of knowledge and sensitive to this topic and the group's background. I would highly recommend it Thank you
Interesting tour, very entertaining. With us it lasted about 2 hours, you should plan a little more time than the specified 90 minutes.
Good tour wish I had known about the morning training tour.
