We had Park passes and our family enjoyed the park very much. We had moderate weather in late December. They picked us up from the hotel in time and dropped us off later in the day. At the park, we did zip lines (only 2 of the longer lines), the UTV ride, Giant swing and my 12 year old son also did the camel ride with his mom and enjoyed that as well. Note that we had a hike up a hill between the 2 zip lines and after the final zip line as well. For the UTV they ask us to buy insurance or put a hold on the credit card for a large sum. They cancelled the hold on the credit card at the check out later. Food in the restaurant is good. They took some great pics and sold it to us later. All in all it was well worth the trip to this park.

They were quick to send email about the pickup time. they were on time when they picked us in our hotel. Staff were very friendly especially our guide Axel and the camel guys. we enjoyed feeding the animals and the camel show.

The park is perfect for families activities, you have a little bit of everything for everyone. We did Utv, zip lining, camel ride and many other things and my kids loved it, they are 14 & 6 .

It was wonderful! Diego was our guide for the sanctuary and he is very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a fun experience!

My two year old loved it, her favorite part was feeding the camel and the water park.
