    • The use of snorkel equipment requires a deposit ($25 USD).
    • The park is open all year from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm.
    • Please help us protect the environment by using eco-friendly sunblock and suntan lotions.
    • Food & drinks are not allowed into the park.
    • You round trip includes transportation in an air-conditioned bus with a professional tour conductor. Once you arrive in Cancun you will have access to Xcaret from 8.30 a.m. - 9.30 p.m. which also allows guests to enjoy the Xcaret night show and the Xcaret Mexico Espectacular celebration. If that wasn't good enough, we also provide a delicious lunch buffet and 10% off the Snorkelling Tour, Snuba Reef, Snuba Family or Temascal.

    They picked me up from the hotel liked I asked :)!! They were on time and trip to Xcaret was around an hour long. Just an FYI there is a good amount to view in the park without all the extra tours. The busses at night take you back home after the show on time ! Great experience

    A park to do especially with children! A bit of a fanfare arrival because the guide did not speak French at all. I understand Spanish perfectly but my son does not… and the guide spoke very very fast so it was difficult to understand all the departure instructions. A big day, and if you take the evening show which is fabulous, watch out for fatigue with the little ones. The day is long and intense although it is worth it!

    Only 4 stars because of the miserable and unsafe bus ride back to our hotel. The bus was completely full and so this is very unsafe for COVID environment. Also, the ride home the bus did not have a functioning a/c to cool the bus with all the people on board. Everyone was suffering.
