What people are saying about Yucatán

The excursion was great. We stopped at the Maya Cenote. We first experienced a sacred ritual ceremony before continuing to the Maya Cenote, where we were able to repel into the water. It was a once in a life time experience. We then had a wonderful lunch before proceeding to the Ek Balam Ruins. The guide walked us through the entire experience explaining all of the sites and what life would have been like when it was a city. We had a amazing driver who answered all of our questions and made sure our vacation excursion memoriable. The only problem we had was we had a 2 hour pick up delay due to our driver having a flat tire. It was a Sunday morning and he had trouble getting it repaired. However he made up for the time throughout the day.

We had two great exciting days with Xcaret. Everything is very well organized and customers are well taken care of with good information and on-site service. The experiences themselves were exhilarating. We especially loved our day trip to Chichen Itza. Our guide Dally was very knowledgeable and made the tour very interesting with facts about the site itself and about Mayan history. We learned a lot and had so much fun. One point of improvement: the transport was a little complicated with needing to switch between buses and stopping off in lots of places. We understand this has to do with the high numbers of customers the company takes care of every day, but it added a few unnecessary hours for us.

A nice blend of adventure and culture, including ancient and modern. The cenote is incredible. Ek Balam is preserved so well, it's hard to believe it was excavated only 20+ years ago. The Mayan ceremony and tour of the neighboring towns was an added bonus to the two highlights.

Thoroughly enjoyed myself! Only thing was the distance from our resort and the mosquitos other than that 10/10 would definitely recommend!!!
