Super nice park, we went in the fall (October) and therefore had a super nice autumnal park with red, orange and yellow leaves. The lakes are super clear, so you can see the bottom in many places. Beautiful waterfalls that you walk past or over. Many small waterfalls but also some super big and high ones. Really an experience richer! Sweet guide who likes to tell you things and allows the time for nice pictures. Lots of fish and even seen a lizard! Beautiful park and fun excursion, definitely worth it! We were picked up on time at the agreed location, guide was here well in advance. A jacket or cardigan is definitely recommended, but luckily we had super nice weather. Have a nice day!

Recommended trip, well organized, punctual pickup, three competent tour guides in three languages (German, English, French), each with their own focus in their stories. If you understand several languages, you had quite a bit of information on the bus. In the park, the three groups were mostly separated. However, I had booked an excursion in the minivan - but that only concerned the journey from the pick-up point to the meeting point at the big bus. This discrepancy was also noticed by other fellow travelers and gives a clear minus point!

Organization and collection worked very well and was communicated well and in good time. The whole team was cordial and totally friendly. Our tour guide Bruno is totally likeable, charming and above all entertaining! What you could notice in the event: On the way to the park there is a longer break of about 30 minutes, where you can buy snacks. If you knew that in advance, you could save yourself a trip to the bakery. In addition, it would not be bad if the guides repeated all the information in all languages and did not complement each other. in that case you didn't understand all the very exciting information if you didn't speak English, German and French
