This tour was great! Andrei (sp?) was very knowledgeable and provided great tips for navigating the large crowds at the park during the peak summer season. We loved that we were able to transfer from Zagreb to Split on this group tour while getting to see Plitvice Lakes. Highly recommend!

The service was very good. They picked us up at the indicated point at the punctual time. The transfer to the lakes has a first stop in a small town and then continues to the lakes. The guide was very skillful in taking us to the places so that we did not find ourselves in a long queue and in showing us where to take the best photographs. Lunch was at the end of the tour in a nearby restaurant. The trip to Split was in a minibus so it wasn't as comfortable as the first trip but nothing that you can't stand. The truth is that you enjoy the trip and it is an excellent way to move from one place to another taking advantage of the tour.

Marco was a great tour guide and the lakes were beautiful. The organisation was good in terms of exchanging the luggage onto another bus for the Split transfer, however this second bus had no operating air con on an incredibly hot day, and the bus was packed meaning families could not sit together. The lakes were very crowded as it is summer, so we could have benefited if the tours had been staggered; three buses left at exactly the same time, meaning we were all in one place at one time. This meant there was a half hour wait for a boat in an area with no shade. I’d also advise not to buy food at the lakes as the chips were still frozen and the rest very bland. Definitely a worthwhile experience though, as the waters are so clear and picturesque.
