Maja was very kind and friendly, and provided us with a lot of interesting information about Croatia and Slovenia and the history of this region. There were only 3 people enrolled for this tour, so we went in a regular car. We basically spent the entire trip chatting and Maja was always providing relevant information. The duration of the trip is just excellent because the time for visiting Ljubljana and Lake Bled is just enough. Both the city and the lake are wonderful. Totally recommend this trip with so friendly and professional guide!

You should definitely do this tour! We went on this with Maja as our guide and she was truly excellent, we think she is awesome! Really good pace to the day as you do a lot between a Ljubljana tour and Lake Bled. One thing is that Ljubljana has a great food market on Fridays where restaurants do a bit of a street food fair and if your schedule allows, going on Friday was particularly fun for us! Also, Maja is super informative, very friendly, and just a great tour guide all-around!

It took as a bit of time when crossing the border maybe 30-45 minutes (estimate). We were meet by a local guide in Ljubljana who was very good. (thanks Anelka). The town of Ljubljana is very small, well Slovenia as a whole is small. Its a cute little town to explore. After that, we head out to Lake Bled and what a marvelous place! Its exactly the same images online! Such beauty and calm of the place. You’ll visit the castle with the perfect view of the lake, tasting in honeyshop, and old print shop. And of course a must try ‘cream cake’ at the bottom of the lake. The country drive vibe in Slovenia was just awesome. Thanks to our guide and driver (Renato)! It was a great trip!
