    On the drive to Zakopane stop at the 16th-century village of Chochołów for a visit to the Tatra Museum. Attractions in Zakopane include a ride on the funicular railway, built in 1938 for the FIS World Skiing Championship. At 1,120 meters you’ll have spectacular area views. Take a walk down Krupówki, the town's main strip. See the ski jump, and the Old Church and its cemetery, and visit the Museum of Regional Art and Culture. The trip from Kraków lasts around 9 hours. We had an amazing trip! The tour operator knew a lot about Zakopane and its surroundings. Before visiting Zakopane we had a stop at a cute village with a local cheese smokery. We tasted a lot of amazing sheep cheeses and some local wodka! In Zakopane we received the freedom to fill in our own hours. That was great! I can recommend this tour to everyone. We had an amazing time, it was really worth the money!

The Zakopane tour was great. Really nice to see the countryside and a different way of life compared to Krakow. The cheese tasting was amazing! I cant remember the name of our guide but he was really helpful and would definitely recommend
