Enjoy the panoramic views from Zurich to Lucerne along Lake Lucerne. You'll also get to visit the beautiful city of Lucerne. After 1 hour of free time to explore, the trip continues on to Engelberg. Check out Engelberg's stunning Baroque monastery. Built by Benedictine monks in 1120, there are still over 30 monks living and working in the monastery which dominates the town. Spend the next 3 hours strolling through the village and visit the Swiss cheese factory to experience first-hand how the famous cheese is made. Alternatively, you can hike on the breathtaking trails around the village and enjoy views of the magnificent landscape.
I would like to thank Konrad for his great customer service, he ensured all safety measures are in place and continued to remind us of the social distancing. The trip was worth it, the drive was extra smooth that we didn’t get car sick highly recommend it with “Konrad”, we had our masks on the entire trip and ensured no good and beverages on board the car which was convenient for all. The upgrade part to the top of the mountain was a bit too much however we extremely enjoyed our time in Engelberg village.

This tour was amazing. Our guide was very knowledgeable. People who do this tour must realize that there is a significant amount of self-guided time. There certainly could have been more specific instruction about how to actually get to the cable car to get up to Mt. First. It wasn’t terribly difficult to figure out, but that was a small bit that was lacking. In general, though, the tour and the whole experience were absolutely fantastic!!!

It rained in the morning and the instructor Paul comforted me that weather would get better in the afternoon. It was sunny but not hot, with some breeze. We passed some scenic tourist areas. Most of the time, I am not able to join a segway tour in other European countries as I can't make up the minimum number of people to make a group. However, this City Segway Tour does public tour which is available on weekends. My tour guide Stephen is great. I am the only English speaking guest in this group of 7 people and Stephen took care of me on the whole tour. He gave clear instructions on use of Segway as well as explanations on the scenic places that we've been to. He did more than he should as a guide by asking the receptionist to grant me a special permission for the Museum and he also grabbed a booklet in English for me. Stephen, this is highly appreciated. Winnie from Hong Kong.
The instruction session before the trip near the Strandbad Mythenquai was perfect. I discovered a new, really lovely side of Zurich. The explanations about the parks and building from our guide, Stefan Mathys, were just right...not too long or too short... I took part in a similar tour in Lucerne a year ago. Part of this took us to the outskirts of the city (pretty rural) and our Segways were, perhaps therefore, somewhat faster. Perhaps you could incorporate something similar in Zurich, e.g. going out towards Dolder. Of course I do understand that it's reasonable to cap the maximum speed at 15 km/h in the city traffic. But being able to drive faster on the Segways is also an experience of course. My 3 colleagues were really delighted with the tour. (They have never ridden a Segway which was calibrated to go faster...) Best wishes H. Furrer
My family of 9 decided to do a Segway tour of Zürich. I booked a few weeks in advance. We were given directions on where to meet our guides. They were there early and spoke English very well. It was cold but we were prepared. We had a great time. They gave excellent training. Would highly recommend them!!
I would recommend this Segway Tour to everyone! My wife and I had never been on a Segway, but the instruction was excellent, and we became comfortable with it in just a few minutes!
We ended up having a private Segway Tour in Zurich. Our guide was excellent and informative. We would definitely recommend it to anyone.
