After meeting your guide, you'll head for the Opera house using public transit. Then, continue on foot along lake Zürich to Bürkliplatz, the best place to capture the city, lake, and mountains in one photograph. Next take a short tram ride to Paradeplatz in the heart of the financial district before heading to Bahnhofstrasse for some window-shopping at some of the world's most exclusive brand stores. Footsteps away from Bahnhofstrasse, you'll arrive at the 17th century old town and walk to St. Peter's church. Then, your guide will take you to Lindenhof with its great view over the Limmat River and the Großmünster (church). You'll continue your tour to the Fraumünster (church), where Mark Chagall designed the windows, and then across the bridge to see the Großmünster, where the Protestant reformation took place in Switzerland.  Next, catch a small cable car uphill to the University of Zurich. From the terraces of the main university building you'll have a fantastic view out over the city of Zurich. Finally your guide will take you to the river boat station where you'll board a boat for a ride on the Limmat River.
